Doctor at your door step is a revolutionary idea in health care project for all common disease and even critical asthma condition and diabetes. It provides health care at home. The mechanism has been developed for treatment of all common diseases. As such, stomach Disorder, malaria, diarrhea fever, dengue, viral fever, diseases in rural India. Due to this minas of common diseases every year hundreds of people losing their life. In order to reduce the risk of life of common people of rural areas, we have already started a health care project to contain the fall out of such common diseases in Deoband Distt. Saharanpur U.P. Under this programme we are putting our efforts to establish a moderate Hospital/Health care center of hundred beds. Where in treatment of critical patients shall also be made available in Hospital. Therefore, we need five ambulance with all testing equipments for common diseases and medicines alone with a Doctor in order to contain such a minas of common diseases in Deoband and surrounding areas in order to reduce or minimize the risk of life. While above said disease are eating the life of poor people in rural areas every year. Hospital or health care canter shall be situated at Deoband Distt. Saharanpur U.P. (India)-247554Further in the Vicinity treatment of such diseases. Whereas the medical facilities in rural areas as almost nil. Initially three ambulances shall be made available in every rural area (ten villages) under this Scheme. All the three ambulance shall visit in total thirty Villages per day which can be increased as and when demanded. Two ambulances will always remain in emergency cases in the hospital for critical patients. In emergency cases patients can directly call the certified Doctor in the hospital and explain the problem to the Doctor to get the medicine quickly and more efficiently. Therefore we are putting our efforts to achieve desired in 18 months so we are looking your moral and financial support to the project as described and explained. We are sure through your support we can achieve the desired target.

All common deceases except of few are very well curable locally; subject the availability of treatment timely. To provide timely treatment, we are going to launch a program (Doctor’s at your door steps) this program will contain the menace of common deceases in rural areas.
Further, in a hospital we shall establish naturopathy and physiotherapy section for the deceases obesity, diabetes, asthma and other breathing problem since the most common deceases obesity, which is potential health hazards inviting many deceases. In naturopathy whereas Regenerating the power improving the moves easing anxiety stress and tension, while in physiotherapy treatment and techniques, there are more than one thousand exercises Appropriate for the people with injuries and disabilities such as knee, shoulder and back pain Etc. therefore a section of physiotherapy and naturopathy shall be run side by side the hospital Since the both therapies are very much effective for many deceases without side effects.
